How to Order with Us
Step 1: Complete & Upload Your Screenshot(s) to the HPL Quote Request Form
Find any piece you love
— handbags, shoes, jewelry, or accessories —
and upload clear screenshots to
the HPL Quote Request Form
(preferably from the official website).
Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Quote
We will verify availability, quality level, and pricing through our Private Atelier network and send you your custom quote that includes any applicable sales tax, shipping &/or handling.
Step 3: Approve & Pay
Once you approve your quote, you’ll receive instructions to complete your payment via PayPal
(PayPal is our only accepted payment method).
Your order will then be submitted to our production partner for processing and fulfillment.
Step 4: Delivery to Your Door
After your order(s) has been processed, fulfilled, and quality-checked, it will be shipped directly to you with tracking updates. Please note that our items are sourced from overseas and must clear through customs.
Tracking will be provided once available.

Payment Policy
All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
PayPal is our only accepted payment method.
Payment is required in full once you approve your quote for fulfillment.
Orders cannot be placed without completed payment.
Because each order is custom-made, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated once payment is submitted.
Order Processing
Once payment is received, your request is submitted to our production partner for processing, fulfillment, and quality inspection.

Standard processing time is 3–7 business days depending on the item and order volume.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final.

Customs Policy
Orders are sourced internationally and typically require Customs clearance.
Any Customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
